Job summary

EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Team Leader, IMS to steer the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) development, implementation, and continual improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or HSE, IRCA Lead Auditor cert, and 10+ years in IMS/QHSE within manufacturing or engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE, or related field.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IMS, Quality or HSE management in manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, auditing and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, management reviews, and compliance activities.
• Monitor IMS performance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company QHSE requirements.
• Support risk management, process improvement and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training on IMS requirements and best practices.
