Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced program leader to own complex client onboarding and delivery of the Visa platform across multiple markets. You will act as a trusted advisor, run API demos, and guide issue resolution, governance, and escalation management to ensure timely value realization for clients.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to continuously improve onboarding and platform adoption, while mentoring teams and driving accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience leading onboarding and delivery for complex, multi-market deployments.
• Experience with cloud, microservices, API/streaming architectures and change control.

Job Description

• Lead complex client onboardings and implementations with multiple dependencies or regulatory constraints.
• Act as trusted advisor on how clients can best leverage the platform and APIs to meet requirements.
• Lead advanced platform and API demos, including deep dives into capabilities, patterns, and limitations.
• Guide resolution of complex client issues, escalations, and ambiguous problems.
• Own delivery governance, onboarding strategy, and escalation management.
• Define and improve onboarding and delivery standards, playbooks, and ways of working.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve onboarding experience and platform adoption.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

• Russian speaker is highly desirable
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Led the certification and implementation of Jaywan and AEP switch in UAE
• Operated in cloud, microservices, API/streaming architectures; familiar with rigorous change control, release, and resiliency practices.
• Regulatory savvy (GCC banking and payment controls, risk frameworks) with proven delivery to audit/compliance expectations.
• Expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams, with a hands‑on leadership style that emphasizes mentorship, empowerment, and a culture of accountability.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-market projects on time and within scope, leveraging advanced project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, and hybrid models) and a pragmatic, results‑oriented approach.
• Recognized for forging strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, clients, and cross‑functional partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Adept at translating business strategy into actionable plans, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement through data‑driven decision‑making and KPI management.
