CanApprove in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Senior Immigration Manager Team Lead Sales to join our immigration sales team, focusing on Canada, Australia and Germany programs. You will lead lead generation, counselling, and closing deals.

This role offers training, growth opportunities to Team Lead and Assistant Sales Manager, with a dynamic, youth-driven culture and a competitive fixed salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years in Immigration Sales, Overseas Education, or Consultancy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency mandatory; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through walk-ins, cold calls, references, digital channels, and events.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephonic, or online counselling sessions for immigration programs and visas.
• Convert leads to clients by delivering persuasive consultations.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are met and tracked in CRM.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM and follow up via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to Sales Manager on leads, follow-ups, and closures.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and reviews.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven strong Senior strong strong Immigration Manager Team Lead Sales strong to join our strong Immigration Sales strong team in strong Ajman strong The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads counselling clients about immigration programs Canada Australia and Germany and closing sales You will play a key role in growing our client base and achieving revenue targets

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through walk-ins cold calls references digital channels and events
• Conduct face-to-face telephonic online counselling sessions for immigration programs PR study visas work permits
• Convert leads to clients by delivering persuasive consultations
• Ensure monthly sales targets
• Ensure client data is accurately maintained in CRM systems
• Follow up consistently with interested clients via calls emails and WhatsApp
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Submit daily weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding leads follow-ups and closures
• Participate in team meetings training and reviews

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years of experience in Immigration Sales, Overseas Education, or Consultancy is preferred.

• Language Skills: English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency (Mandatory).
