Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of professionalism customer service.
• Meet, greet and acknowledge every guest and member who are using the facilities and services.
• Conduct high quality inductions and health profiles.
• Support with the planning and delivery of existing/new class initiatives.
• Ensure the Group Exercise Timetable is correctly updated and adjusted accordingly when changes are made.
• Support tracking on Group Exercise class utilization.
• Prescribe high quality programs based upon goals and results of client.
