Job summary

Q-Sourcing is seeking an IMD-Machine Operator in the UAE. The role involves operating and setting up extrusion/moulding machinery, ensuring product quality, maintaining materials and tooling, and collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve issues.

The candidate should have 2+ years in production operations within plastic or pipe manufacturing, with relevant diploma and strong attention to safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of production operations experience in plastic or pipe manufacturing.
• Diploma / Industrial Trade Certificate.
• Knowledge and experience in extrusion and/or moulding process a plus
• English writing skills
• Good physical condition

Responsibilities

• Operate/ prepare and set up the machine according to the specifications of the product to be manufactured.
• Install the tool/ mould into the machine ensuring proper alignment and configuration.
• Adjust machine settings and processing to achieve the desired product quality.
• Monitor production process and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on the machine and associated equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine settings.
