Emagine Solutions FZE in Dubai seeks a Chief Marketing Officer for a top-tier iGaming operator. You will own the end-to-end marketing engine—brand, acquisition, CRM, retention, partnerships—and drive sustainable growth in a tightly regulated market.

The role demands senior leadership, multi-channel expertise, Arabic language preference, and a proven ability to scale performance marketing while ensuring compliance. Dubai base, with a competitive salary up to AED65,000/month plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership in iGaming or high-regulated digital products.
• Experience scaling multi-channel acquisition with retention and LTV improvements.
• Expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and player segmentation.
• Commercial mindset with focus on numbers, cohorts, and unit economics.
• Experience leading creative and brand.
• Experience with affiliate ecosystems and performance partnerships.
• Arabic speaking preferred; GCC market understanding a plus.
• Dubai/UAE experience helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing vision and growth strategy across channels.
• Lead performance marketing with CAC/LTV discipline.
• Build CRM, retention, lifecycle automation.
• Own brand strategy and creative direction.
• Drive partnerships and sponsorships with measurable impact.
• Build dashboards and forecasting across funnel.
• Ensure compliance and responsible gaming standards.
• Recruit and mentor in-house and agency teams.
