Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell Identity Security solutions. You will lead a virtual team of partners, presales, and services to deliver sales wins and customer success from discovery through closing.

Travel ~50% yearly; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. You will work closely with leadership to refine strategy and drive market success in a competitive landscape against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas.
• Strong ability to qualify opportunities via discovery calls.
• Experience leading cross-functional virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Develop business plans aligned to your territory.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute plans with partners and end users.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecast updates.
• Follow up with customers and partner with post-sale team for ongoing coverage.
