Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or a related field.
• Proven SaaS sales experience, preferably in Cybersecurity/IAM/IGA and enterprise deals.
• Ability to navigate multinational accounts and lead virtual, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand needs and present tailored SailPoint solutions.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned to business goals.
• Lead the technical resources (presales, deal desk, services) to close deals.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle including qualification, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting; collaborate with marketing and channel teams.
