Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT degree and relevant security experience required.
• GCIH or equivalent certification is required or highly preferred.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, authentication, authorisation, and access-control principles.

Responsibilities

• Guide Level 1 engineers and AI-driven decision support to ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated incidents within SLAs.
• Maintain auditable documentation and handovers for incidents and requests.
• Monitor threat, vulnerability and control data; assess impact and act.
• Analyze identity-related risks and validate automated findings.
• Review triage and control activities for proper closure or escalation.
