Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and access controls.
• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security or ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity preferred.
• Familiarity with IT systems, identity management tools, and ticketing platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage security-related service tickets ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Escalate complex security incidents and technical issues to senior security team members.
• Process user access requests and support periodic access reviews in line with company policies.
• Maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions following identity and access management standards.
• Provide first-level support for security alerts by following predefined playbooks and response procedures.
• Coordinate with SOC, IT support, and infrastructure teams for incident resolution.
• Maintain audit logs, tracking records, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in gathering evidence and documentation for audits and risk assessments.
• Support updates to security policies, checklists, and operational documentation.
• Contribute to awareness initiatives and process improvement activities within the Information Security function.
