Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years in ICU/PICU, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and valid RN licensure from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia. UAE nationals have exemptions per policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-graduate ICU/PICU experience.
• Licensure/Registration to practice in home country or last country of employment.
• BLS certification or higher as per scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific, patient-centered care using nursing process.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and plan care accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document data in medical records per standards and policies.
• Maintain unit safety, supplies, and equipment; participate in CQI activities.
