Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ICT services industry.
• Understanding of key commercial and legal elements and pricing structures of supplier’s contracts.
• Knowledge of contract management and Corporate T’s & C’s.

Responsabilités

• Provides contractual support to finalize agreements with suppliers and vendors.
• Engages with stakeholders for contract drafting and negotiations.
• Manages workflow of all contract stages and maintains contractual records.

Connaissances

Knowledge of Contracts and Corporate Terms and Conditions

Good Knowledge of ERP system (Oracle)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Formation

Minimum bachelor’s degree in legal, business or IT
