Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Principal Beach Planning Specialist on behalf of a prestigious Dubai Government Entity to lead coastal and waterfront development initiatives. You will bring 10+ years of master planning, design, and development experience for beach, waterfront, coastal, and public realm environments to deliver sustainable, people‑centric destinations.

Qualifications

10+ years in coastal development, waterfront master planning, architecture, urban design, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related discipline.
Master's degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Coastal Development, or related field preferred.
PMP certification is an advantage.
Native-level English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead coastal and waterfront development strategies and place-making.
Drive ideation, design visions, and thematic concepts for public spaces.
Plan and design public spaces, waterfront environments, infrastructure, and coastal facilities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, design teams, stakeholders, and government entities.
Monitor project implementation and ensure design intent and quality.
Support PMO practices, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
Identify opportunities for sustainable placemaking and high standards of functionality.
