Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Marine Projects Specialist (Emirati) for a Dubai government role. Based in Dubai, you will lead end-to-end marine, coastal, waterfront, and landscape projects, ensuring adherence to FIDIC-based contracts, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires a civil engineering or architecture background with 10+ years of project management experience, and strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills in coastal environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering/project management experience.
• Experience in coastal, marine, waterfront, beach, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and project management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of marine, coastal, waterfront, beach, and landscape projects.
• Manage design, construction, timelines, quality, and technical requirements.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage FIDIC-based contracts, variations, claims, and contractual matters.
• Ensure projects meet quality, sustainability, HSE, and technical standards.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve project challenges.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
