IOTA GROUP in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior IC&T Engineering Lead to oversee instrumentation, control and telecom activities for a major oil development. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in IC&T engineering for oil & gas projects.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing IC&T engineering, ideally on EPC projects.
• Languages: Fluent English; Arabic or Chinese is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Oversee IC&T engineering activities for the Network Wellpads and Pipelines package.
• Ensure IC&T deliverables meet project requirements, technical standards and safety standards.
• Coordinate across disciplines with Engineering Manager and Construction team to complete IC&T tasks on time.
• Lead the IC&T engineering team to deliver on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Identify safe-by-design opportunities to mitigate HSE risks during construction.
• Review contractor IC&T documentation for fitness and compliance.
• Support interface management with drilling, infrastructure works, existing facilities and processing facility.
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL assessment and SIF identification workshops.
• Act as the Company’s main IC&T contact with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
