Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Techo-functional Lead to spearhead Asset Management solutions, focusing on system configuration and integrations. The ideal candidate should possess 5-10 years of experience with Maximo, strong integration skills with ERP systems like Oracle, and be capable of overseeing data management activities. Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo.
• Strong expertise in Maximo MAS Manage configuration and administration.
• Solid experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion and SAP.
• Strong BIRT reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Experience in data migration and data quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo (MAS Manage) and IBM Tririga.
• Drive modernization of legacy EAM systems into Maximo MAS platform.
• Design and deliver integrations with multiple systems including Oracle Fusion and SAP Ariba.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Conduct stakeholder demos, workshops, and end-user training.
