MaxAccelerate is looking for a Senior Maximo SME Technical Functional Application Developer to enhance its asset management capabilities. This remote position requires expertise in IBM Maximo and offers both full-time and part-time engagement on a contract basis of 12-24 months.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in IBM Maximo, coupled with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. This role is critical for the successful upgrade to MAS 8, ensuring superior system performance and operational excellence.

Required Expertise

• A minimum of 5 years as a technical functional resource in IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software.
• Proficiency in IBM Maximo 7.x & or exposure to MAS 8 application configuration and support, including experience with the Maximo Integration Framework, Java, and BIRT and cognos report writing.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively in a multi‑stakeholder environment.

Preferred Expertise

• Hands‑on experience with MAS 8, complemented by Oracle PL/SQL development skills.
• Certification as a Maximo Deployment Professional.
• some experieceCloud Service Provider (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure), with a strong preference for candidates with Oracle Database experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, particularly in Maximo upgrades, and business application requirement and design management.
