• Experience with IB curriculum planning and assessments.
• Experience with ELL/English Language Learning in primary.
• Ability to engage in professional learning and reflection.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
• Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that nurtures individual strengths and learning styles.
• Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including EAL, gifted, and students requiring additional support.
• Integrate technology and innovative approaches to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Assess, record, and communicate student progress effectively, using data to inform teaching and personalised support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and refine IB-aligned curriculum plans, resources, and assessments.
