Job summary

You will design and deliver advanced training programs for diverse learner groups, both in-class and online, ensuring alignment with IATA standards.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to manage practical sessions, assessments, and feedback across multicultural cohorts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid IATA certification and have 5+ years in aviation, including managerial exposure.
• Mandatory experience working with an airline and a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s adds advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, standards and industry practices; effective training material development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills; proficient with classroom and virtual learning tools.
• Ability to motivate, engage and manage students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions, workshops and webinars.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and update content with industry practices.
• Assess student performance through exams, assignments and mock tests.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional academic support as required.
• Stay updated on aviation developments and IATA regulations; participate in seminars.
