Job summary

hirestar talent consulting is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time, on-site hypermarket role in the UAE. You will lead daily operations across multiple departments, drive sales, manage inventory, and supervise staff to meet targets while upholding standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality customer service, ensuring health and safety compliance, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and accurate reporting. In-person work with a competitive AED 4,000–4,500/month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a hypermarket/supermarket environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and team management.
• Good understanding of UAE retail standards, food safety, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across grocery, fresh food, bakery, butchery, non-food, electrical, and cashier departments.
• Achieve store sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, FIFO/FEFO, shrinkage, and wastage control.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and department supervision.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
• Maintain UAE health, safety, food safety, HACCP, and municipality compliance.
• Oversee loss prevention, security, CCTV, and asset protection.
• Ensure visual merchandising, planograms, pricing, and store presentation standards.
• Manage cash reconciliation, expenses, vendor coordination, and store reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for the Area Manager.
