Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Hydraulics Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in the UAE by combining engineering knowledge with strong commercial skills. You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and manage complex customer relationships across multiple industries.

The role requires technical prowess in hydraulic systems, effective communication, and the ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronics or related field.
3–8 years in hydraulic equipment, fluid power, or technical sales.
Proficiency with hydraulic components and systems.
Experience in UAE or GCC market preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for hydraulic products, systems, and services.
Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, contractors, industrial clients, distributors, and end users.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and propose hydraulic solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations, tenders, and proposals.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement for project execution.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Monitor market trends and competitors.
