Job summary

NMDC Dredging & Marine seeks a skilled engineer to supervise calibration of instrumentation and physical models in laboratory settings. The role focuses on ensuring accurate model dimensions, tolerances, and data quality through disciplined testing and analysis.

The incumbent will maintain thorough lab records, communicate with the Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer, and support study output presentation while adhering to QA and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise configuration and calibration of instrumentation and physical models.
• Check model dimensions and tolerances.
• Conduct testing and initial data analysis.
• Maintain accurate lab records and report to Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer.
• Assist in collating and presenting study output data.
• Follow procedures and QA standards for model studies.
• Adhere to laboratory Health and Safety procedures.
