Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years in a logistics/supervisory role in the UAE.
• Experience in waste transportation/logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE waste management regulations.
• Basic contract management understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; solid IT skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous records.
• Good communication and coordination across teams.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Hybrid work comfort: 50% remote / 50% on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support waste collection activities from multiple construction sites to disposal facilities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations governing waste handling, transportation, and disposal.
• Plan and coordinate daily collection and transport with the operational team.
• Maintain paperwork (manifests, permits, transport documents) up to date.
• Verify weight and value of transported commodities against records.
• Coordinate invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of transported volumes/values.
• Support basic contract management activities and monitor deliverables.
• Identify and flag operational or compliance issues and escalate.
