Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Dubai is seeking a Debug & Repair Technician - PCBA to diagnose and repair defective PCBA assemblies. You will use advanced test equipment to identify root causes, perform corrective actions, and ensure traceability of repairs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience in PCBA debugging, fault analysis, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defective PCBA to restore full functionality.
• Use test tools to identify component- and circuit-level issues.
• Document repair actions with traceability and results.
• Replace, rework, or re-solder defective components with proper techniques.
• Support production with failure feedback and defect pattern analysis.
• Follow safety, ESD, and handling requirements in repairs.
