Ebara Elliott Energy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to independently lead small improvement workstreams. The role focuses on delivering measurable local improvements and sustainment in a hybrid, KEZAD Free Zone setting.

The candidate will drive Kaizen events, analyze performance, develop standard work, and track KPIs with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and service operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years applying CI or process improvement in manufacturing, service, or operations.
• Experience leading small projects or workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with Lean/Six Sigma emphasis a plus.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Kaizen activities and improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Lead small projects (A3/charter) and Kaizen events.
• Analyze root causes and implement countermeasures; support pilots.
• Develop standard work, process docs, and training.
• Track KPI performance and validate benefits with Finance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across networks.
• Lead projects using A3/PDCA/DMAIC methods.
• Create visual management, standard work, and training materials.
