Job summary

PrimeGlobal is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer in Abu Dhabi on a contract basis. You will analyze and optimize production processes, develop time studies, create layouts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering.
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct time studies to determine standard times for tasks.
• Create layouts for production lines or facilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop new processes or improve existing ones.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to identify waste and eliminate it from processes.
• Monitor production metrics and make adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of new equipment or technology.
• Provide training on new processes or procedures.
