Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy seeks a Lean/CI professional to lead small improvement projects across manufacturing and service networks in Abu Dhabi. You will facilitate Kaizen events, develop standard work, and track KPI benefits with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in CI, Lean/Six Sigma awareness, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Hybrid work from KEZAD Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, with field support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years applying CI / process improvement in manufacturing, service, or operational environments.
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (or in progress).
• Experience leading small projects/workstreams.
• Strong facilitation and data-driven problem-solving skills.
