MGE GEOTECHNICS in Dubai is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer for a full-time hybrid role. The position involves planning and designing geotechnical solutions, preparing reports, and supporting project teams during design and construction.

You will collaborate with structural and civil engineers, review submittals, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and client requirements while contributing to quality control and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Accredited in Dubai & Abu Dhabi municipality and strong skills in Engineering Geology.
• Solid understanding of soil behavior and geotechnical engineering principles.
• Experience in foundation design including shallow and deep foundations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in geotechnical design and site investigations in the Middle East.

Responsabilités

• Plan and design geotechnical solutions for projects.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and review submittals.
• Design foundations and ground improvement.
• Support project teams during design and construction.
• Coordinate with structural and civil engineers and attend meetings.
• Ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Contribute to planning, quality control, and process improvement.
