Job summary

Housecall is seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on maintaining and securing hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premise systems and Microsoft Azure, with emphasis on healthcare IT environments and ADHICS compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage FortiGate firewalls, Azure networking, M365/Intune, and security policy enforcement while ensuring regulatory compliance and reliable operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network and infrastructure administration experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT environments
• Experience with ADHICS compliance implementation
• Proven FortiGate firewall management experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and hybrid networking
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID administration

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain wired, wireless, and cloud network infrastructure
• Manage VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NTP, and NAT configurations
• Monitor network performance and optimize resources
• Administer FortiGate firewall solutions (on-premise and cloud) including policies and site-to-site connectivity
• Configure and manage Azure networking components and VMs
• Manage Windows/Linux servers and backups
• Administer Office 365 and Exchange environments and Intune policies
• Ensure security and compliance controls across infrastructure
