Job summary
D4 Insight is seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure services, with a focus on security and end-user technology in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in network administration and IT support.
- Strong hands-on experience across LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Windows/Linux servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and security.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical IT and user support for network, system, hardware, and software issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Manage Windows and Linux server environments and support Active Directory, DNS, and domain controllers.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, DNS, and SharePoint.
- Manage Microsoft Azure resources, storage, and virtual networks; ensure security and governance.
- Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
