Job summary

Housecall is seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT team in Abu Dhabi. You will maintain, secure, and optimize our hybrid enterprise infrastructure, with on-premises systems, Azure, M365, and healthcare IT environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, security, compliance (ADHICS), and collaboration with vendors to ensure reliable network operations and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network and infrastructure administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Demonstrated experience with ADHICS compliance implementation.
• Proven experience managing FortiGate firewalls in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and hybrid networking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain wired, wireless, and cloud network infrastructure.
• Manage VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NTP, and NAT configurations.
• Monitor network performance and optimize resources.
• Administer FortiGate firewalls (on-premise and cloud).
• Configure Azure networking components and VNets.
• Manage Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Oversee backup solutions and disaster recovery.
• Implement and manage security policies and compliance controls.
• Coordinate with EMR vendors for support and updates.
