Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end testing for web services and API solutions across hybrid teams.
• Design detailed test strategies and plans for API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
• Develop test cases and data sets based on contracts and acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated tests for API endpoints and web services.
• Create and optimize SQL scripts for backend data verification.
• Review specs and designs with architects and developers to identify testability gaps.
• Coordinate defect triage with cross-functional partners and document steps.
• Establish testing metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Guide test analysts in applying testing standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with release and environment teams to plan test cycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and tooling needs.
