Job summary

Apparel Group in Dubai seeks an HVAC Technician to install, maintain, inspect and repair HVAC systems across commercial and retail properties. You will ensure energy efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance while handling documentation and customer interactions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, strong knowledge of split units, VRF, AHU, FCU and the ability to read blueprints and service manuals. UAE-based on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in HVAC installation and servicing.
• Strong knowledge of split units, VRF systems, AHU and ventilation equipment.
• Ability to read technical blueprints, wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Familiarity with electrical and plumbing aspects related to HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Install new decorative split units/window AC units.
• Maintain DX systems, FAHU, AHU and FCU per safety standards.
• Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend system longevity.
• Conduct performance tests using specialized tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Sell ongoing maintenance contracts to customers.
• Keep records of appointments and invoices.
• Maintain inventory of HVAC equipment and resources.
