Job summary

Vyas Interior Design and Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC technician for on-site maintenance of residential, villas and commercial cooling systems. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and service FCU, AHU, Split, Ducted, and Package units with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The role requires UAE/GCC experience, EPA 608 certification preferred, and the ability to read electrical diagrams while coordinating with clients and fellow

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of AC servicing, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with FCU, AHU, Split, Ducted, Split and Package AC systems.
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and operate HVAC testing equipment.
• EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of AC and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose AC faults and identify mechanical, electrical and cooling issues.
• Service and repair FCU, AHU, Split, Ducted, and Package AC systems.
• Perform general servicing, deep cleaning of filters, coils, blowers and drain lines.
• Inspect equipment and provide clear technical reports with faults and recommended repairs.
• Attend breakdown and emergency maintenance calls and coordinate with supervisors and clients.
