Job summary

Fatherson International in Dubai seeks an HVAC professional to design, review, and supervise HVAC systems, including ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. You will prepare and review HVAC shop drawings and technical submissions.

You will coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP disciplines, ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and project requirements, and support testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover

Qualifications

HVAC systems knowledge and expertise are required.
Experience with ducting and ventilation systems.
Familiarity with chilled water piping and HVAC installations.
Ability to review shop drawings and coordinate MEP activities.

Responsibilities

Design, review, and supervise HVAC systems including ducting and air-conditioning.
Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings and technical submissions.
Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP disciplines.
Ensure installations comply with drawings, specs, consultant requirements, and UAE standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress and quality.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve issues.
Review material submittals, equipment selections, and technical specs.
Support testing, balancing (TAB), commissioning, and handover activities.
Ensure compliance with schedules, health and safety, and quality standards.
