Job summary

Mira Construction in Dubai is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to lead the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across multiple construction projects.

You will collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers to integrate HVAC solutions that meet client specifications and UAE regulations, using BIM, CAD, and design software. A minimum of three years in UAE construction is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of HVAC engineering experience, preferably in UAE construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HAP.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry standards.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, calculate, and specify HVAC systems per project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate HVAC into building designs.
Prepare HVAC layouts, schematics, and technical docs using BIM and CAD.
Conduct site inspections and supervise installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and optimize performance.
