Mira Construction in Dubai seeks a proficient Mechanical Design Engineer to design, develop and optimise mechanical systems for our construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specs.

You will work with CAD/BIM tools, coordinate with architects and engineers, conduct calculations, review designs and support site installation, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical design engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software; familiarity with local codes.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed mechanical designs, drawings and specs for HVAC, plumbing and other systems.
• Prepare layouts and 3D models using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical designs with architectural layouts.
• Perform calculations and simulations to verify design viability and performance.
• Review and revise designs to meet project requirements, codes and client feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to support project execution.
• Participate in site visits to monitor installation and resolve design issues.
