Job summary

Saipem is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman for on-site maintenance in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure safe execution of maintenance activities for electrical HVAC equipment, guided by HSE rules and industry standards.

The role requires coordinating resources, reporting progress, and supporting technical teams to maintain peak equipment reliability. You will lead technicians, identify training needs, and contribute to the nationalization plan while maintaining strict safety discipline and efficient

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10 years of HVAC foreman experience in oil & gas.
• English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance execution for electrical HVAC equipment and ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead and train on-site technicians, promoting safe attitudes and behaviors.
