Saipem is recruiting a seasoned HVAC Foreman for a UAE site to lead maintenance of electrical HVAC systems, ensuring strict adherence to HSE rules and international standards.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering with about 10 years of HVAC foreman experience in the oil & gas sector. English proficiency is mandatory; project-specific language may apply. A two-month contract with potential extension is offered, with corporate benefits including health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe maintenance execution of Electrical HVAC equipment, compliant with HSE rules and regulations.
• Set and promote leadership in safety attitudes.
• Coordinate and supervise department activities; provide technical support to team members.
• Instruct and lead technicians on appropriate attitudes and behaviours.
• Report or advise Discipline Supervisor on a daily basis using standard CMMS systems (SAP, UNISUP, MAXIMO, DATASTREAM).
• Maintain and supervise stock and logistics for maintenance operations.
