Job summary

Avanceon MEA is seeking a competent Service Technician ECS & TVS to support maintenance, servicing and testing of Environmental Control Systems and Tunnel Ventilation Systems in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of control panels, field devices and HVAC-related systems to ensure reliable operation in line with technical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or E&I fields with hands-on maintenance experience.
Proven servicing of ECS and TVS systems including AHUs, FCUs, MSDs, CV/MD controllers and control panels.
Familiarity with P&ID loops, electrical diagrams and HVAC/BMS standards.

Responsibilities

Execute monthly service tasks (PM/CM) for ECS and TVS systems.
Perform servicing, troubleshooting and testing of HVAC control panels and field instruments.
Interpret P&ID loops and wiring schematics during maintenance and commissioning.
Prepare monthly service completion reports location-wise and task-specific.
Coordinate with internal engineering teams and client-side engineers to resolve issues.
Maintain tools, test equipment and safety compliance for on-site activities.
Identify system performance issues and escalate them promptly.
Ensure completion of field testing and commissioning tasks.
