Job summary

Cespro in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and test air conditioning and ventilation systems at client locations, ensuring safety and workmanship. Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, repairing components, checking refrigerant pressure and leaks, cleaning coils and filters, and keeping service records.

The role requires an ITI/ Diploma in HVAC, 3–5 years’ experience, and reading wiring

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair split, package, ducted, VRF/VRV and other HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Repair or replace defective components — compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats, contactors and control boards.
• Check refrigerant gas pressure, identify leaks and perform gas charging when required.
• Clean evaporator and condenser coils, filters, drain lines and blower units.
• Ensure proper operation of ventilation and exhaust systems.
• Maintain daily service reports and work completion records.
• Follow company safety procedures and client site regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
