Job summary

Fatherson International Fze is seeking an experienced HVAC draftsman to produce detailed shop drawings, installation layouts and coordination drawings for complex projects in the UAE. You will develop ducting and piping layouts, ensuring alignment with project specifications and engineering requirements.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit MEP, with 3–5+ years UAE/GCC experience preferred on high-rise, commercial, hotel or hospital developments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork and piping layouts.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC, architectural and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Develop layouts for HVAC ducting and chilled water piping systems.
• Coordinate HVAC with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and firefighting services.
• Identify clashes and revise drawings; prepare as-built drawings from site installation.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, equipment schedules and material documentation.
