Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, operational, and technical roles.
    • Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
    • Build a strong pipeline for seasonal and project-based hiring.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Organize engagement activities aligned with the agency’s creative culture.
  3. Performance & Development
    • Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
    • Coordinate training initiatives relevant to the events industry.
    • Provide guidance on career growth opportunities.
  4. HR Operations & Employee Files
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and personal files.
    • Ensure proper documentation for new hires, renewals, and exits.
    • Handle HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with labor law requirements.
  5. Office Administration
    • Oversee general office administration tasks (supplies, maintenance, office coordination).
    • Support the coordination of travel bookings, event-related logistics, and office facilities.
    • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
    • Ensure the office environment is efficient, organized, and employee-friendly.
