Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, operational, and technical roles.
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Build a strong pipeline for seasonal and project-based hiring.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize engagement activities aligned with the agency’s creative culture.
- Performance & Development
- Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
- Coordinate training initiatives relevant to the events industry.
- Provide guidance on career growth opportunities.
- HR Operations & Employee Files
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and personal files.
- Ensure proper documentation for new hires, renewals, and exits.
- Handle HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with labor law requirements.
- Office Administration
- Oversee general office administration tasks (supplies, maintenance, office coordination).
- Support the coordination of travel bookings, event-related logistics, and office facilities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Ensure the office environment is efficient, organized, and employee-friendly.
