Job summary

Siemens Industrial LLC in Dubai is offering a Human Resources (People & Organisation) internship to support key people priorities for 2025. You will work with the Head of P&O and regional partners on development, learning, DEI, and new normal topics while gaining exposure to P&O operations.

You will engage closely with managers and employees, contribute to onboarding activities, and help coordinate P&O events, bringing a digital mindset and collaborative spirit to the team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Communications or similar.
• Demonstrates motivation, engagement and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Digital native with curiosity and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of P&O and regional P&O team on people priorities for 2025.
• Contribute to development, learning, DEI, and the new normal initiatives.
• Lead and organize P&O events as part of the Sandbox collaboration.
• Interact with managers and employees to stay close to the business.
• Assist the P&O team with operations and onboarding activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the Head of P&O and P&O Business Partners on key people priorities for 2025.
• Shape strategic projects in collaboration with the regional P&O team on topics of development & learning, the new normal and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
• As a member of our Sandbox, actively drive P&O MEA collaboration and take the lead in organising P&O events.
• Be close to the business and have direct interaction with managers / employees.
• Support the P&O team with P&O operations.
• Use your skillset and digital mindset to spearhead improvements and collaboration.
• Support various P&O activities and onboarding activities including organising Welcome days.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Communications or similar.
• Highly motivated, engaged, and passionate team player.
• Brings a unique perspective to the team and voicing opinion.
