Human Resources Officer (UAE National)
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining filing systems, typing office correspondence, distributing mail, and ordering HR supplies. Handle phone calls, create new employee files, assist walk-in candidates, and maintain accessible application areas. Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies and programs, and report employee relations issues to management. Maintain confidentiality of employee records and ensure accurate documentation such as interview files and I-9 forms.
Follow company policies, ensure professional appearance, protect proprietary information, and report safety issues. Greet guests professionally, communicate clearly, prepare documents accurately, and support team goals. Use computers and POS systems efficiently, and perform physical tasks involving lifting objects up to 10 pounds. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
