Job summary

Pure Health is launching the EDC Graduate Trainee Programme in collaboration with the Emirati Development Centre to develop digitally fluent Emirati graduates through hands-on experience, mentorship, and targeted learning.

Over 12 months, trainees rotate across functions, work on real projects, and receive professional assessments. Upon successful completion, opportunities for progression into a permanent role will be explored within Pure Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (non-clinical fields)
• GPA 3.0 and Above
• Recent graduates or early-career professionals with up to 1 year of experience
• Basic understanding of data analysis and digital tools; proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English

About the Role This is an initiative by the Emirati Development Centre (EDC) at Pure Health, designed to build future-ready, digitally fluent Emirati young leaders through hands-on business experience, formal learning, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure. Over 12 months, trainees will embark on a transformative journey of personal and professional growth to build the capabilities needed for an accelerated career with Pure Health.
