BlackTrader is seeking an HR intern to support operations and gain hands-on experience across recruitment and people management. You will assist with interviewing coordination, onboarding, employee records, posting jobs, and day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role offers structured learning, exposure to live HR processes, and the potential to grow into a full-time HR position within the team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; internship in HR is mandatory.
• Foundational knowledge of HR processes and the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good organizational ability.
