Job summary

BlackTrader is seeking an HR intern to support operations and gain hands-on experience across recruitment and people management. You will assist with interviewing coordination, onboarding, employee records, posting jobs, and day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role offers structured learning, exposure to live HR processes, and the potential to grow into a full-time HR position within the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience; internship in HR is mandatory.
Foundational knowledge of HR processes and the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with good organizational ability.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist with onboarding new joiners and managing employee documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline and manage follow-ups.
Support employee engagement programs and internal communication efforts.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS sheets.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
