Job summary

WorkerEra in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Huawei Telecom Integration Engineer to support network deployment across projects. You will integrate, configure, commission Huawei telecom equipment and validate performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with Huawei integration, strong knowledge of telecom architectures, troubleshooting, and the ability to travel to client sites. You will work with engineering teams to ensure quality, reliability, and on-time delivery of network solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven experience with Huawei telecom integration and commissioning projects.
Strong knowledge of telecom network architecture and related technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Responsibilities

Integrate and commission Huawei telecom equipment at project sites.
Configure network components per technical specifications and project requirements.
Perform testing and verification to ensure successful system integration.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment issues.
Monitor network performance and ensure stable operation after implementation.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to meet deadlines.
Prepare commissioning records and project documentation.
Follow procedures, standards, and safety regulations in field operations.
