Mobitel Telecom Services is seeking experienced Huawei Telecom Integration Engineers to support deployment, integration, commissioning, and optimization of LTE and 5G networks across the UAE. This role is ideal for telecom professionals with strong Huawei RAN implementation expertise and hands-on field deployment experience.

The role requires strong Huawei RAN technologies, script management, BTS integration, and field deployment activities across modern mobile network environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Huawei LTE and 5G integration and commissioning.
• Strong Huawei RAN expertise including BTS, NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB implementations.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, test, and commission Huawei LTE and 5G network elements.
• Perform Huawei BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB integration activities.
• Create and modify Huawei configuration scripts.
• Conduct end-to-end integration validation and acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and integration issues.
• Support network performance verification and KPI achievement activities.
• Prepare technical reports and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely deployment milestones.

Detailed Job Description

As a Huawei Telecom Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, integrating, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Huawei LTE and 5G network equipment. You will work closely with project, operations, and optimization teams to ensure successful network rollout, service activation, and performance achievement.

The role requires strong expertise in Huawei RAN technologies, script management, BTS integration, and field deployment activities across modern mobile network environments.
